Introducing Zoho Viewer

Questo nuovo servizio del team di Zoho mi pare un piccolo gioellino, tanto semplice quanto utile... invece di mandare documenti in allegato, appesantendo i messaggi di posta, sfruttando Zoho Viewer si possono caricare - in maniera molto rapida (non serve neanche registrarsi) - in uno spazio web, in modo da inviare solamente il corrispondente link. In tal modo si possono anche guardare direttamente online, oltrechè naturalmente scaricarli.

La privacy dovrebbe essere assicurata, perchè l'indirizzo generato per i documenti contiene una stringa casuale, di modochè solo chi conosce l'indirizzo può effettivamente caricare il documento stesso (il team dice che i documenti non vengono indicizzati da motori di ricerca)

Just upload any of the supported document formats to view the document. The URL you get in your address bar will be the permalink to that document and can now share this document with other users. You can email the link to this document using the ‘Share’ option
